These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Art By Craig website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. About Art By Craig
Art By Craig sells original artwork created by artist Craig Onslow and is based in Albay, Philippines.
Unless otherwise stated, artworks offered for sale are original, individually painted works and not reproductions or prints.
2. Original Artwork
Each painting is individually created by hand. Small variations, textures, brush marks and other characteristics are part of the original artwork and should not be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent each painting as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Dimensions shown on product pages refer to the approximate size of the artwork or stretched canvas.
3. Availability
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and are therefore available in a quantity of one unless specifically stated otherwise.
An artwork is not guaranteed to remain available until an order has been successfully confirmed.
If an artwork is accidentally sold through another channel before the website has been updated, any affected customer will be contacted and any payment already received will be refunded.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may change from time to time.
Where payment is required before dispatch, an order will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available within the Philippines to supported destinations.
Free local delivery is available to eligible addresses within Albay. Shipping charges for other destinations vary according to the delivery area and size of the artwork and are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, natural disasters or circumstances outside the control of Art By Craig are not the responsibility of Art By Craig.
Please ensure that the delivery name, address, contact number and other information supplied with your order are accurate.
6. Packaging & Damage in Transit
Every painting is carefully packaged to help protect the canvas, painted surface and corners during transportation.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Art By Craig as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged artwork.
Where damage occurred during delivery, Art By Craig will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund where applicable.
Please retain the original packaging while any delivery-damage claim is being assessed.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Because each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, please choose carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or remedies that a customer may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact Art By Craig so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.
8. Certificate of Authenticity
Original paintings sold by Art By Craig include a signed Certificate of Authenticity unless otherwise stated.
The certificate identifies and accompanies the original artwork and should be retained by the owner.
9. Copyright & Reproduction
Purchasing an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork to the buyer. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Copyright in the artwork remains with the artist, Craig Onslow, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork may not be commercially reproduced, copied, printed, published, licensed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
10. Website Content
Images, artwork, text, branding and other original content appearing on the Art By Craig website may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the website, delivery arrangements, payment methods or applicable requirements.
The version published on this website at the time of an order will apply to that order.
